Architect required a measured building survey and topographical survey of a interwar suburban style house, three storeys in Orpington to support refurbishment.
We carried out a full measured survey using Trimble X7 laser scanner, capturing floor plans, elevations’ and, site levels and boundaries. All data was processed and drawn to RICS Measured Survey standards.
All drawings were delivered in DWG and PDF format and ready for immediate use. The package included:
- 3 Floor plans at 1:50
- 4 Elevations at 1:50
- 1 Section at 1:50
- Topographical Survey at 1:200
The completed survey was delivered within 4 working days of the site visit.
