Why Choose 360 Measurements
When your project depends on accurate survey data, the surveyor you choose matters more than most people realise.
A survey is not just a drawing. It is the foundation on which architects design, planners decide, and builders build. An error at this stage does not stay small — it compounds. It becomes a redesign, a delay, a variation, an argument about who is responsible.
At 360 Measurements, we exist to make sure that does not happen.
Precision You Can Design From
Every survey we deliver is built on a robust control network — properly established, independently verified, and referenced to OS Datum unless otherwise specified. We state our accuracy tolerances upfront, typically ±5mm to ±10mm depending on the scope, and we back them up.
We use professional-grade Trimble instrumentation and structured workflows for every project, whether it is a topographical survey of a garden, a measured building survey of a Victorian terrace, or a multi-floor commercial interior.
You will never receive a drawing from us that contains unexplained gaps, vague disclaimers, or geometry we have guessed at.
Clear Deliverables, No Surprises
Before we start, we agree exactly what you will receive: scale, layer structure, level of detail, file format, and accuracy band. We work with layer naming conventions as standard, which means our drawings integrate cleanly into your CAD environment without requiring you to reformat anything.
Our 2D measured building surveys are produced at 1:100, 1:50, or 1:25 depending on your requirements, and our topographical surveys are delivered as fully layered DWG files ready for immediate use.
What is in the quote is what is in the delivery. No hidden extras, no scope creep surprises.
Direct Access to the Surveyor
When you instruct 360 Measurements, you work directly with the person carrying out and producing your survey. There is no account manager passing messages, no junior draughtsperson interpreting field notes, no handoff between teams.
This means faster responses, fewer misunderstandings, and a surveyor who is personally accountable for the quality of every drawing that leaves our office.
If you have a question during the design process — about a level, a detail, a boundary line — you can pick up the phone and speak to the person who was on site.
Proper Equipment, Professional Results
We operate Trimble total stations and laser scanning equipment — the same instrumentation used by the largest survey practices in the country. Equipment quality directly affects data quality, and we do not cut corners here.
Our point cloud and 360° photography capabilities mean that where a project requires it, we can capture a complete and permanent record of the existing conditions — useful for planning applications, heritage work, or complex refurbishments where you may need to revisit the data more than once.
Competitive Pricing for Real-World Projects
Architects, garden designers, and homeowners working on residential and small commercial projects should not have to pay large-practice overheads for a straightforward survey.
We provide transparent, fixed-price quotes tailored to your project — no hidden extras, no surprises. Contact us for a quote and we will typically respond within one working day.
We are based in Bromley and cover London and the South-East, with no travel surcharges for most locations within our core area.
